Maybe this problem isn't as big of a problem as people (yourself) in this thread are making it out to be? Not to mention most of the solutions of breed banning are ineffective and muzzling every dog over 50lbs is so absurd I don't even know where to begin.
This thread reminds me of the summer of the shark. Lots of media coverage of a problem that statistically wasn't much different than any other year. But every stayed away from beaches and freaked out.
