- Nothing, the current bylaws are fine
- Ban "dangerous" breeds
- Increase fines for owners in dog related incidents
- Increase registration costs for "dangerous" breeds
- Mandatory muzzles in public for all dogs
- Mandatory muzzles in public for large or "dangerous" breeds
- More training for owners
- Enforce behaviour testing on large dogs as part of registration

Am I missing any?

Ban all dogs.
