Mine went down $6K this year. I really don't understand how these things work; one year my place was next to the burnt down condo building (the big fire in Millrise) and the property value went up like $20K that year. Pretty sure people don't want to buy next to a burnt out building and future construction site for the next few years, yet my value went up?
