I've lived here for 8 years and the neighborhood has gotten exponentially better. I don't care that the Alpha house is two blocks away, these people need help and that is what the AH is for. I have never had issue with the fact that these individuals are in my neighborhood, it is part of downtown life and you will never be able to quell that.
Asking for its removal to benefit your lifestyle is a case of NIMBY. Furthermore, calling these people worthless is outright shameful. Why don't you walk to City Hall instead to take the train? That way you don't have to see these dreadful blights of society?
