The Minnesota Wild are pleased to announce the acquisition of Zach Parise.

Parise, long a target of Minny but never before a part of the organization, was picked up via a deal with CBJ that sees a high 2013 1st and Kyle Okposo go the other way.

GM Farhall: "Parise is one of the top 10 offensive players in the league and will anchor or 2nd line - we are thrilled to add such a dynamic player to our team".
