The implication I read from your post is that men and women, when you look at their sexual activity, are treated differently. When you question undercoverbrother, you ask him if he'd be fine with his daughter if she slept with many men. I think the problem with asking that (which I don't articulate well) is that the factor in such a question could be more due to the parent-child relationship more than a gender perception difference and that the second question would be needed to test that.
In order for the statement you suggest elsewhere to make sense in that question, you'd need to see a difference between how the son and daughter would (hypothetically) be treated, or else it could be either an overriding "parent" factor, or that the perception does not exist.
