What is strange about the logic? You said if he didn't want to handle it, he wouldn't have handled it. If its just that easy for him then why isn't it that easy for everyone else? There should never be any handballs by your logic.
And again, why would you consider his handball for Uruguay cheating? He prevented a goal and got a red card. It happens all the time and nobody calls it cheating.
