Since this has turned into a thread for generally mourning the loss of quality shows, I recently "found" copies of the entire series of Andy Richter Controls the Universe. While the show now pales somewhat in comparison to AD, it was just starting to hit its stride when it was canceled and is still better than 95% of the stuff that has come on TV after it.
