Sure, I guess I just never really hear the comment "Only in America" when it comes to these hardcore gaming stories. They're almost always out of an Asian country and that's the stereotye that tends to go with these stories.
The "Only in America" thing goes along with gun related craziness, fat-related stories, and general nutcase stories.
......and when these stories come up, you can usually say "only in America", then look at where it happened and find that your were correct in guessing the location of said craziness.
