A little bit on the topic of hair fetishes and the mentally challenged...

A friend of mine worked at a home for 3 young men with mental difficulties in the NW, one of them had a strong hair fetish with the ladies. The informal rule was that the female workers had to ponytail it. He would occasionally still try to grab at hair, where all you could do is remind him of the rules("We don't grab hair") and deflect his arms. But ya know, it was still much better then the young man who had to have all the kitchen knives under lock and key, had to be locked at night in his bedroom, and where on occasion in the night he would throw his shat all over his room.

I am curious to know why the person video taping the c-train incident did not take a video of the man's face at the end.
