I was waiting for the people to defend the guy because he is mentally ill. If this guy cannot control himself, he has no business in public. A fetish is one thing, as soon as you cross the line to touching someone else (without their consent) you are now an abuser.

Of course video taping is a great way to deal with it, there are many other people who would have ended the situation using violence. Both have their purposes.

I once caught a guy at a superstore groping the bulk buns in the bakery. I watched for a minute or so - the guy was getting off on touching the baked goods. I stopped him and got security, I don't know what happened. I regret not telling police and leaving it with the store. I told them they MUST destroy all the baked goods, who knows what he was really up to.
