This is correct.

If you apply weights appropriately, your member actually increases in average size as you age. However, you have to maintain blood flow in order to benefit from such gravitational gains - something that is difficult to do as you age and your body has to circulate blood around things like love handles and enlarged prostates.

Basically, you need to let gravity take its course, while at the same time avoiding hypertension and keeping your bone muscles in peak condition.
