Of all the sick fantasies in the world , playing with the hair of an unknowing female is one where the person really shouldn't have to endure a beating. Lets save our rage for the real predators out there.

Sometimes in a creepy yet harmless incident such as this it is best to stay vigilant and ensure the act doesn't progress any further. Say the dude Follows the female off the train. Then its time to alert a) the female first. b) authorities if present. But in no way should the "attacker" be harmed or even apprehended in a citizens arrest. The cops would kindly thank-you for wasting their time. Always let the victim decide if they wish to pursue any further action.

Personally I would have made the person aware that someone is watching by maybe asking "Hey man, do you know that girl?". Even then that's a sketchy tactic because you have no idea what you're dealing with.

The video itself was cut out of youtube before I could fully watch it and read the comments but apparently this person is mentally handicapped and is rather harmless save the fact that he plays with girls hair which is weird..

I've been in security longer than a decade and have learned its best to observe and report before getting heavy handed with anyone. Best to save your energy for a real intervention if an instance like that progresses into a really dangerous situation.
