You don't always look straight out of the center of the google lens, like you normally do with glasses. Lens for glasses are centered on your eye, but doing the same with a large ski google lens would be difficult. Also, because two different perscriptions would have to be ground into one lens, the complexity of doing such a thing would make the lens quite expensive to make.
I imagine it's theoretically possible, but mostly impractical due to the cost of producing them (I think the frames would probably have to be redesigned too).
