I'm probably gonna get rounded on for this, but I witnessed a similar incident about 6 or 7 years on a Calgary bus and did nothing about it. It wasn't this guy. Two 40-something scuzzy looking dudes, like the type you would see outside the Cecil back in the day, got on the bus together and sat near the back in front of me. At some stage, a young female got on, and at one point, one of the guys starts touching her hair and is winking at his buddy. She got off a few stops later, none the wiser.

I do regret not saying something, but I was a skinny kid at the back of the bus with two scummy looking dudes.
