^that is so vicious! (sarcasm for those that don't get it)
I don't think breeds should be banned, but I do think more aggressive breeds should cost more to license and maybe it'll weed some of the morons out from choosing those dogs.
let's face it, these aggressive breeds probably get more by-law calls than the others so the money can be justified. Also the city could make it mandatory to check on these breeds once a year around registration time and see if they are aggressive, check their welfare and make sure they are cared for properly, etc.
