Love these dogs. They are calm and great with kids. A friend has one (Cleo) that I look after when she goes out of town. The dog thinks she is a lap dog.
But because it is big, it should be feared and thus banned if you go by Silvers thinking.
You know what. There is a guy that goes to my pub that is 6'5" tall and I'm sure at least 250lbs. That guy has the potential to hurt and maybe even kill me or my daughter....he should be banned from Calagary.
