This may stray over the line into a campaign question, but is there any further information on why the provincial government lost its proverbial balls on implementing any kind of municipal campaign finance legislation?
Could council vote something in for Calgary only? I hear conflicting opinions. Would it even have a chance? (I for one would love to watch council sweat that debate out.)
