Is there a reason why the City of Calgary is so far behind in any implementation of LED street lighting? Considering the fact that the City of Edmonton has seen such dramatic savings in both energy consumption and maintenance costs, I would think it would be something that the CoC would be interested in. Even Lethbridge just had an RFP close to install over 4,000 fixtures.
