Last time I drove to Vancouver was mid-August 2010. Traffic wasn't bad at all, except waiting for a lane to open up to past those semi trucks.
Left Calgary at 4pm and got to Kamloops just before midnight, where we met up with my in-laws. I'm sure others would make better time if they didn't have 3 little ones.
