Sorry to bump this thread. I didn't want to hijack Darklord's Seattle/Vancouver one.
I read through all the comments, and got some great advice.
I'm just wondering if we're taking our time to drive from Vancouver to Calgary, where should we stop along the way either for 1 night or for 2 stopovers?
Kamloops and Revelstoke seems like natural places to stop in. However, places like Salmon Arm or making a pit stop in Kelowna seems like a good idea as well?
Also, any other places on places to see, or good scenic path to take would be appreciated.
This is for August by the way, so hopefully road conditions are agreeable then
