You're right, it was totally the refs fault the Packers made Christian Ponder look like John Elway yesterday. Or got totally annihilated by the same Giants team who went on to lose two games by a combined 53 points? The Packers can use the Fail Mary as an excuse all they'd like, but it is not why they didn't get the bye. They only have themselves to blame. And again, if the Seahawks lose to the 49ers in week 16, the Packers get no bye anyways. So you actually should be thanking them for giving you a chance, its the Packers who blew it.
Juvenille? Yeah, I'd say trying to blame the refs for something that ultimately didn't even matter in the end (and it didn't...the Packers still had the bye in their own hands yesterday) is pretty juvenille. And yes, it is more advantegeous to play in warm California, where the Packers track offense can excel, versus slow ass Lambeau, where the Niners beat you down style would crush the Packers.
