Probably Stajan since his salary in terms of dollars will be 2.5 next year, and the pro rated amount of it for this year. Saves them more in cap, than it costs them in dollars.
With the cap potentially squeezing that much, Wideman's contract starts looking pretty bad. Flames will be in tough if that happens, and it's possible they won't have room ro resign Iginla. Although, he may be willing to do a one year deal, as all teams will likely be in a crunch.
