If any positive can come out out of these tragedies and seemingly bizarre statements by the NRA, maybe people will finally realize that the NRA doesn't represent the rights of gun owners or defend the 2nd Amendment, but they are trade association with the purpose of promoting sales for manufacturing industry. The NRA may have started off representing gun owners, but that isn't the case now.
