I'm moving the target to make a point though. Both are under age, yet they are both deemed fit to have consensual sex with each other.
As with Polak, I didn't know the age limit has been raised to 16, so I'll concede it is a bit weird to want to have sex with a 14 year old and this woman should be charged. She will, however, probably get a fairly light sentence because at the end of the day, I'm sure the boy wasn't really forced into this relationship and he is living the dream of most 14 year old boys.
