Best: getting a new BMX from my parents when I was about 10. They had it hidden in the back entry of our house and had planned this big scavenger hunt I would have to complete in order to find it, and instead my brother and I were racing the hot wheels cars we got in our Christmas stockings and mine went under the door and into the back entry. My dad was kind of choked the surprise was blown but I was over the moon. That same Christmas my mom & dad (who knew I liked trains) actually called out to CP Rail and arranged for me and a friend to ride on the locomotive over the big bridge in Lethbridge, then gave me the trip as a Christmas present. That was an awesome Christmas.
Worst: while some Christmases have been better than others, I can honestly say that I'm never gotten any really horrible presents. I lived in France for 2 years and spending Christmas without my family sucked but I had some great friends who did their best to make up for it and it was pretty memorable.
