I grew up in Whitehorn up untill 1991. I drive by every once and a while to check out the 4 different houses we had in the area and it went down hill for a while but now it is pretty nice shape. Safer than down town and better then many in that part of town. Last time I drove by they built a real nice retirement community in the that used to have a radio booster in it where we snuck into to pretend hunt rabbits and gophers.
