Anyone have a good "at home" workout routine for the winter?
I'm back in Calgary for 2.5 weeks and away from my usual gym in Van. I've thought about paying $100 or so for a 10 visit pass somewhere but it seems like a lot of money when I should maybe change it up and try something different instead.
I have at my disposal: treadmill, skipping rope, chin up bar, exercise ball & mat.
So cardio & basic situps/pushups/pullups are no problem, but weight training without any dumbbells or barbells is where I'm struggling for ideas.
