Where am I talking about pre-crime, with sexual predators and with violent criminals I'm not talking about throwing them in jail pre-crime, they've committed a crime, and especially in the case of people like this scum bag they're at a high risk to re-offend.
Freedom should have to be earned in these cases and not just granted because he's run his time.
