Honestly with sex offenders and violent criminals I think that the idea that they served their time they should get out is completely wrong.

I think in terms of sex offenders and violent criminals it should be unlimited terms until they can prove that they won't be a threat.

We can't keep letting these people out onto the street if they are still a danger to re-offend. This comes down to individual rights versus public safety rights.

If he's a high risk to re-offend and has served his whole sentence it usually means that he's refused to take part in any treatment.

This pervert committed what sounds like a violent assault against a young girl. He shouldn't be out, no matter what.

the English used to have a sentence that they called at the queens pleasure, you basically served a term until the state decided to let you go, there was no limit.

I have very little sympathy for sexual predators and violent criminals rights to freedom.
