My personal opinion is that it really shouldn't matter, a person firing a weapon in a crowded space is intending to take a life the moment he pulls that trigger, no matter who gets hit. The Supreme Court appears to feel differantly though
The Supreme Court only feels differently in select circumstances. As with anything like this you can't look at it as a black and white issue.
