As best I can tell the Steelers hold the tie breaker over the Bengals in this scenario. So to break the remaining tie, it's common match ups with a minimum of 4 games. Cleveland and KC are the only common opponents so not enough games for that one to count. After that it's Strength of victory. So at that point you need all the info to break that tie. Won't matter, the Colts will beat the Chiefs handily this week.
