You are taking a conclusion based on hearing about someone actually committing suicide and transferring that same conclusion to any discussion related to the topic of suicide.
In fact, the main thing they drill into you when you take training for suicide prevention and intervention, is that you
*cannot* put these thoughts into someones head by talking about it.
