If there were a zombie apocalypse I'd drive straight to my cabin in the mountains and then build a little shack that's a few kilometers away from everyone just at the top of the tree line and out of sight of civilization so no zombies could see when I have a fire going. I would need:

-filters to filter water from the river
-matches/accelerant to start fires to keep me warm
-an axe
-4 month supply of food until the summer comes
-seeds to start my own garden when the summer comes
-jars to store the food from the summer
-hunting rifle/ammo
-big ass hunting knife
-binoculars


I think I could survive a long time hiding in the mountains, just have to build a wall around the garden so animals and pests can't get in and make the garden down lower where it will grow really well. I could climb up to the old post where they used to watch for fires and survey the valley to see if zombie's have made it to the little town by my cabin because there's no way they are trekking through the wilderness.
