And then immediately another executive order preventing the media from reporting the name of any person suspected in a "mass shooting" (although that would probably be infringing on freedom of the press). No more "fame", no more "going out in a blaze of glory". Then, if you want to commit a mass shooting you can probably still do it, but you'll be doing it with handguns and nobody will ever know if was you.
