Also, my comment is not a knock on Ward' coaching ability. He's clearly a good coach, but his "system" doesn't seem to do much for offensive productivity

That would be great! If Granlund went 0.5 PPG in his rookie season in a league as defensively stingy as the AHL, I'd be ecstatic.
