I've said it before, no "one" party has all the ideas; but through collaboration better ideas can be generated and policy formed. Right now there is only one party that doesn't understand that - the PC's.
Not to attack the stat, but what's the average by a majority party in this regard? Under Klein? Stelmach? How about in the federal conservatives? Paul Martin? I'm not familiar with this area of politics.

I guess the heart of my question is "Is this just a typical action of a majority government, or is it a Redford issue?"
