Nope, and I imagine not many do.
If Wildrose is doing a good job in the legislature but not doing a good job telling people about it (through the general media, advertising etc.), then that's still something they'd need to address.
Sure, I could go and look for it, but that's something I really don't care to do (at least when there's no election imminent). And, it's not in the party's interest to be relying on voters to take that much initiative (unless they feel voters won't like their policies).
I agree with you though that it would be nice if our politicians could more often concede that sometimes the ideas that come from outside their party can be good ones. BTW, aren't the federal conservatives even worse for not accepting opposition proposals?
Edit: I read through that link you provided (as well as the policies linked within), and found it to mostly be stuff that's designed to help the Wildrose spun as good public policy. I'm happy to critique it in more depth if you'd like.
