I don't like all the sentiment like they need to go for it all in 2013. To have all the build up over the last 5 years, with all the draft picks, farm system development and established player selloffs for a big run in 2013 would be very disappointing. What they need to do is parlay the Miami trade into several solid years where at any time they are within striking distance. All the while letting the top tier talent they have been building up develop into solid starters. If they see as a season develops they are a piece or two away then you can sell off prospects for players in contract years. But to do so in December when you are competing with dozens of teams with their checkbooks out seems like the wrong time for Toronto to pick up another front of the order guy. What if Happ improves? then they don't need to give up so much for a player in a contract year.
