So now Howard will cover for bad defense for Nash, Kobe and Bargnani and likely mediocre d from whoever is playing the 3 spot? I know he is a good defender and D'Antoni doesn't care about d but that seems like a recipe for disaster and post-season flame outs.
You would think there are better options out there to sit at the 3 point line than AB if they are giving up Gasol.
