			I used to find the gym would get boring going 3-5 days a week.  Its the first month/45 days you have to get past.  After that you start to look forward to going to the gym.  Rarely will you see any major results in under a month.  Once you do notice results, you feel that you worked too hard to get to that point and you continue going which leads to more results.At least this is how I always found it.
