I used to find the gym would get boring going 3-5 days a week. Its the first month/45 days you have to get past. After that you start to look forward to going to the gym. Rarely will you see any major results in under a month. Once you do notice results, you feel that you worked too hard to get to that point and you continue going which leads to more results.
At least this is how I always found it.
