I stick to the treadmill when I'm forced to workout inside, but I usually just bundle up and deal with the cold unless the ground is too icy.

It's a 210m track, it's pretty short but at least they alternate the directions so I'm not turning left perpetually every day. I was doing the treadmill but it was aggravating a calf strain that I had, and I find running on the track my calf feels fine so I'm just sticking to that for now.
