Exp:
Take dog for a 1/2 hr walk every day to the offleash park. Eat well balanced meals (not too many carbs), get 8 hrs a day sleep. Cut down on coffee to no more than one or two cups in the morning. Keep positive outlook. Minimal time at computer.
