I avoid the gym, virtually all the fancy equipment is inferior to free weights and I like to watch TV as I work out. You don't need a ton of floor space and you can get an A-1 workout with only dumbbells, barbells, chin-up bar, bench and squat rack.

I did p90 a couple years ago, that's not really a bad idea, but I don't have the money for a good weight set and resistance bands just arn't my thing. When I did it , I mainly focused on the plyo which I thought was awesome. Which was your favourite workout for p90?
