Just curious, but how expensive is it? I was in Hong Kong, and they have those along all its MTR lines. It's just a glass wall, with glass doors at all the train doors. The train pulls up and the glass doors open when the train doors open.
Edit: Just to add, if the fancy automatic doors are too expensive (although, I don't see why since every mall or convenience store has them), would at least putting up guard rails along the yellow line not be better than just leaving it wide open?
