I don't know much about heroin but I assume if you OD that effect takes place immediately and probably wouldn't allow you to move to a hallway and be conscious enough to talk to someone?

Anyway - I too felt a little letdown but I can understand why after the previous episode.

I wanted Gyp's death to be more personal. Gillian or Nucky would have been better.
I wanted a scene BETWEEN Richard and Gillian
I loved how Nucky did indeed NOT forget about how Arnold walked away from him after his plea for help.
