I don't think it was a waste of money to implement it.

The study I have no problem with, since that's the only way you are going to get traffic improvments. Its not like I trust anyone working for the city to just randomly decide to make changes like this without spending time and money on it.

It took them 2 or so hours to do the painting and the article says it will be 2 more to remove it. Obviously that is only on the surface, but in the big scheme of things, even if 200 man hours were put into it, it really is just a drop in the bucket.
