I agree on the TV bit. I have watched a few movies on there, but usually more of the "family" variety with the kids.

On the TV side, I watched "Heros" awhile ago and really enjoyed it, followed by Bones (a show I had only maybe seen one of and never really got into before watching it from the start), Sherlock (which is great) and now starting Dexter (which has me totally hooked and I have gone through season 1 in about a week). Mad Men and Breaking Bad are on the list too. Oh, Firefly, I forgot that - watched all the episodes along with Serenity (the movie) in probably 2 weeks.

Ya, it's not perfect and there are certainly movies I want to see that aren't in NetFlix, but for $8 a month it has been well worth it. Aside from current episodes of Walking Dead, I probably watch NetFlix for $8 a month more than my TV (at over $100 a month, but that includes internet and phone too so...)

I personally think it is so good we are discussing getting it for the wife's parents (retired fairly non-technical couple) for Christmas.
