Foothills is a great location, but you might as well tear down the park and build from scratch. But I think it's better to start small a shoot for a PDL team and grow the team organically. A stadium like Toyota Field which is being built in San Antonio right now would be better. Although too big for a PDL team, it would be perfect for an NASL team.
