You know what, why not. Back then i never posted on a forum, i was a shy, immature 16 year old and i haven't posted on any website outside of facebook and youtube so obviously i wasn't going to be the best user. The Facebook groups i was on became unbearable, i got banned from a private group for defending the Flames the best i could against Oiler fans (They later let me back in) and the Leaf trolls that invaded the flames facebook page became so bad that they had to disable people from posting on the fanpage wall. I got into so many arguments with the trolls that the fanpage disabled me from commenting and liking there statuses and such.
I saw a guy on the fanpage around the time things got crazy mentioning to sign up for CalgaryPuck to avoid the trolls so i gave it a go. Obviously it didn't work out the first time. I still have no idea what bought me to posting half of the gifs that i did, and also the stuff i posted (Especially that Jon Rheault thread), it was just foolish and i can't defend myself against them. When i got banned i was upset but i wasn't shocked.
When i signed up this second account i was actually going to troll the crap out of this place out of rage but then i realized that i had a second chance to prove that i could contribute more to the forum, so i decided to take advantage of it because i enjoyed the knowledge and wisdom of a lot of posters on here and i couldn't bare going back to those terrible facebook pages.
And here i am almost 2 years later, more mature, not posting gifs 24/7 outside of the funny cool picture thread, contributing more into the conversations and meeting new people (The ball hockey game that AC hosted was fun). I am proof that second chances are good, as long as people take advantage of them properly. My first post in this thread was directed at the guys who had a second chance and blew it, and had the nerve to sign up again and again where they where set up to fail again (Yes i am pointing at you theonlywhiteout/NHB/McGruber/Lester/Too many usernames to count). I changed for the better, i don't want to remember BlairWitch, he is dead, I'm Hockey_Ninja now and i hope i can stay around here for as long as i can.
Can i honestly ask you a question puckluck. Did you ever have a personal problem against me as this user? Did i ever make you angry or push you over the top? You where given another chance, undercoverbrother was given another chance so i think it's fair that i get one as well. On December 12th i would have been on here for two years as Hockey_Ninja, and i think I've proven that i can handle myself on here in that time frame. So there you go, you got what you wanted. I'm sorry it took so long for me to confess but i was scared if i did then i would get banned again and i truly hope they don't after all of this i just posted. Mod's, please allow me to continue being a member of this great forum.
tl;dr: Yes i am a returning poster and i think I've done good with my second chance. If you have a problem with me then fine, but i think I've made a good case for myself.
